Similar to the work we do with architects, we work on projects with self-builders. The sooner we get involved with the projects the better, in order for us to help to integrate everything seamlessly. We choose the right technology, seamlessly integrated, many homeowners choose to do things themselves, digging trenches for Ground Source Heat Pumps. Some customers even install their own under floor heating pipes and MVHR ductwork. We are happy to work in collaboration with self-builders to design and build an energy efficient home in-line with their overall vision and budget.
