Air Source Heat Pumps

Decrease your heating bills with an air source heat pump that will keep your home warm in the winter.

What is an air source heat pump?

An air source heat pump (ASHP) is an innovative and highly efficient technology that harnesses renewable energy from the ambient air to provide heating and hot water for residential and commercial properties.

By extracting heat from the outside air, even in colder conditions, ASHPs contribute significantly to reducing carbon emissions and lowering energy bills.

What are the benefits of air source heat pumps?

Air source heat pumps (ASHPs) offer numerous benefits for British households and businesses. These efficient heating systems reduce reliance on fossil fuels and lower carbon emissions. ASHPs are particularly advantageous due to their ability to provide both heating and hot water, making them a versatile choice.

They can be an economical choice, as their operational costs are often lower than traditional heating methods. By integrating air source heat pumps, the UK can progress towards its climate goals while ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.

UK Government Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS)

The UK Government say, "Through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, you could get a grant to cover part of the cost of replacing fossil fuel heating systems with a heat pump.

Fossil fuel heating systems include oil, gas, electric or LPG (liquefied petroleum gas).

This scheme is open to people in England and Wales."

If you are eligible, we will help you through the process of applying.
